The Alabama Digital Preservation Network, together with the Network of Alabama Academic Libraries and the Alabama Department of Archives and History, invites members of Private LOCKSS Networks to attend the 2013 community meeting in Montgomery, Alabama. The meeting sessions will be held at the Alabama Department of Archives and History located in the heart of the capitol complex. As you can see from the program below, the themes for this year's meeting are technical innovation and international collaboration. 9:40-9:45 Welcome - Director of ADAH, Steve Murray

10:00-10:30: Welcome and introductions

10:30-11:30: Pecha-kucha: brief (5-8 minutes) reports from the PLNs

11:30-12:30: LOCKSS overview and update by Vicky Reich and Tom Lipkis

12:30-1:30: Lunch

1:30-2:30: Panel 1: Mark Jordan on LOCKSS, CONTENTdm and Archivematica; Matt Schultz on BagIt Interoperability Tools; Jon Crabtree on DataVerse

2:30-3:30: Panel 2: Tobin Cataldo on data partitioning; Tom Wilson on LOCKSS-on-VM and new approaches to network storage

3:30-3:45: Break

3:45-5:00: Group Conversation: increasing network storage capacity; network price models, making participation in PLNs easy(er)
